How do I join the test of the New Lark App and install it through TestFlight on my iPhone?
This stage of testing is only available to a specific group of testers who've been provided access credentials, and there's no plan to open it up to anyone beyond that group. Everything you need is in the one link below: there's no separate invitation, code, or approval step.
Step 1: Open the New Lark App testing link
Tap the link below on your iPhone (from wherever you received it — Notes, Mail, or Messages all work):
testflight.apple.com/join/ckp5Hgkb
This opens a short guided page in Safari that walks you through the rest of the process — it automatically shows you Step 1 (install TestFlight) if you need it, but you can skip straight to Step 2 (view the Lark beta) if TestFlight is already on your phone.
The guided page in Safari, showing Step 1 (Get TestFlight) and Step 2 (View the Lark beta)
Step 2: Install TestFlight (if you don't already have it)
- If the page shows Step 1 as not done yet, tap View in App Store.
TestFlight's App Store listing — tap Open if you already have it, or Get/the download icon if you don't.
- Tap Get (or the download icon) and wait for TestFlight to finish installing.
- Return to the Safari tab you came from (don't tap the link again) — Step 2 is further down the same page.
ℹ️ Note: If TestFlight is already installed on your phone, you can scroll past Step 1 and go directly to Step 2 further down the same page.
Step 3: View and install the New Lark App in TestFlight
- On the guided page, tap View in TestFlight (Step 2). This opens the TestFlight app.
- The first time you open TestFlight, you may see a notification permission prompt and a short intro about what TestFlight does — either choice on notifications is fine, and you can tap through the intro.
- You may briefly see a generic "Ready To Test" screen mentioning invitation codes. This is normal — it's Apple's default loading screen and it resolves on its own within a few seconds. You don't need to enter anything.
This screen is a brief, normal loading state — no code needed. Wait a few seconds and it will move on by itself.
- TestFlight then shows the Lark Health (New) beta page. Tap Install.
The beta shows up as "Lark Health (New)" — this is expected and is not a different app.
Step 4: Open the app
- Once installation finishes, the button changes to Open. Tap it (either from TestFlight or your Home Screen) to launch the New Lark App.
- The first time you open the New Lark App, TestFlight may show a tip about taking a screenshot to "Share Feedback" with the developer. Don't use this — see the warning below for how to actually report something.
⚠️ Warning: Don't use TestFlight's own Share Feedback / screenshot tool (or the shake-to-report gesture) to report bugs or feedback. Use Lark's in-app Report a Problem or Give Feedback instead — it's the preferred way and includes beta identifiers that help our team track down what happened. If you can't use those, email bugs@lark.com, support@lark.com, or feedback@lark.com.
- From here, you'll land in Lark's normal onboarding, and you're ready to start testing!
Troubleshooting the installation
If you're having trouble at any step, keep the following in mind:
- The link must be opened on the iPhone itself, not on a computer.
- If you land on the "Ready To Test" screen, don't try to enter a code — just wait a moment and it will move on to the Lark Health (New) page automatically.
- This test is only being shared with a specific group of testers — it's not open enrollment. If you weren't given this link directly, you're not part of the current test group, and there isn't a way to request access through Support.
