The Lark Weight Management Program supports members through every stage of their weight journey — from initial weight loss to long-term maintenance. If your health plan includes this program, you can enroll at no cost.
Who is eligible?
This program is only available to members whose health plan covers it. Not all plans include coverage. To check your eligibility:
- Use the link in your enrollment invitation, or
- Visit lark.com
How is the program structured?
The program has three modules. You are enrolled in one module at a time. Your pharmacy benefits manager determines which module you start in and when you transition between them. You will receive an in-app notification when a transition occurs.
All three modules include:
- Personalized coaching on nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and healthy habits
- Daily conversations with your Lark coach
- Weight tracking with a connected Lark smart scale
Module 1: Healthy Weight
For members working toward weight loss through lifestyle changes.
What it includes:
- 28 weekly missions with daily check-ins
- Behavior-focused coaching on meal planning, physical activity, managing cravings, and building sustainable habits
- Topics include: mindful eating, managing stress, heart health, and staying active
- Member-set weight goal at program start
Module 2: GLP-1 Companion
For members who have been prescribed a GLP-1 weight loss medication.
What it includes:
- Everything in the Healthy Weight module
- Medication-specific missions and personalized support
- Guidance on medication adherence and managing your experience on the medication
- A resource library (accessible from My Lark Dashboard) covering how to take your medication, dietary strategies, and mental and emotional wellness
Important: Lark does not prescribe GLP-1 medications or determine eligibility. These decisions are made by your pharmacy benefits manager.
Module 3: Weight Maintenance
For members who have reached a healthy weight range and are focused on sustaining it.
What it includes:
- 30 weekly missions with daily check-ins
- Coaching on maintaining healthy habits, managing setbacks, and sustaining lifestyle changes
- Topics include: building a maintenance mindset, managing food cravings, physical activity for long-term health, and navigating the shift from weight loss to maintenance
