If your health insurance provider sent you an invitation to join Lark, your insurer is a participating provider. Here’s how to get started.
If you received an email invitation
Click the link in the email. It will take you directly to the enrollment page for your specific program. Follow the prompts to complete the eligibility survey, create your account, and download the Lark app.
If you received a physical mailer
Scan the QR code on the mailer with your mobile device. This will take you to the correct enrollment page for your program.
If you lost your invitation
Contact our support team via the webform and we’ll send you the correct enrollment link. Include your full name, date of birth, and member ID.
⚠️ Do not enroll through lark.com directly if you received an invitation — using your program-specific link ensures you are enrolled correctly and your coverage is applied.
