The Fitbit™ incentive is available to members enrolled in Lark's Medicare Diabetes Prevention Program (MDPP) who demonstrate active participation in the program. Please note that the requirements are slightly different than they are for non-Medicare participants.
How to qualify
To earn the Fitbit, you need to have at least 8 engaged weeks over the first 6 months of the program. In order for a week to count as engaged, you must:
- Complete at least one daily mission check-in with your Lark coach
- Log at least 1 weight reading using your Lark scale
When will I receive my redemption code?
Once you've met the participation requirements, Lark will send your Fitbit redemption code by email. The process may take a few weeks after you qualify — if you haven't received it within three weeks of meeting the requirements, check your spam folder or contact our support team via the webform.
