Your Lark scale and Fitbit™ ship at different times. Your scale ships when you order it during your first day in the program. Your Fitbit is a separate incentive reward — it is not included in your scale shipment and cannot be sent early.
The Fitbit is earned by actively engaging with the DPP for your first 10 weeks. Each week, complete at least 2 of these 4 actions:
- Complete a mission check-in with your Lark coach
- Log at least 3 meals
- Log at least 3 exercise sessions
- Log at least 1 weight reading using your Lark scale
Once you've met the criteria, your redemption code will be sent by email within 12 weeks. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
