Once you've met the 10-week engagement criteria, Lark will send your Fitbit™ redemption code by email and text. The process of verifying your activity and sending the code may take a few weeks after you qualify.
Haven’t received your code yet?
- Check your spam and junk folders — redemption emails occasionally get filtered.
- Check your text messages — Lark may also send the code by SMS.
- Make sure you're checking the email address associated with your Lark account.
- If it's been more than 12 weeks since the start of your program and you believe you've qualified, contact our support team via the webform. We'll verify your qualification and resend the code if you've met the criteria.
How to use your redemption code
Your redemption code will include a link to the Lark Health Store (Razr storefront). Click or paste the link into your browser to claim your Fitbit™ Inspire 3 at no cost — or upgrade to a different model by paying the difference. The code only works on the Lark Health Store and cannot be used on Fitbit's general retail website.
