- Use the link in your redemption email — don't navigate to the store manually. Your code is embedded in the link.
- Try opening the link on a desktop or laptop if it's not loading correctly on your phone.
- Make sure you're copying the full link — if the email wrapped it across two lines, ensure you've copied all of it.
- Check that you're using the email address on your Lark account.
If none of these steps work, contact our support team via the webform with your name and Lark account email. We'll verify your link and reissue it if needed.
⚠️ Redemption links expire after a set period. If significant time has passed, your code may no longer be valid. Contact our support team for a replacement.
