"No Service" means the meter was unable to connect to the cellular network at the time of your reading. Your blood glucose result is not affected â it is still accurate and has been saved to the meter's memory.
What happens to my result?
Your result is stored on the meter and will sync to your Lark app automatically the next time a cellular connection is available â typically the next time you take a reading. You do not need to re-test or take any action.
If your results aren't appearing in Lark
- Move to a location with better cellular signal â near a window or in an open area â and take another reading. Unsent results will be transmitted along with new ones.
- Make sure the meter is not in Airplane Mode. To check: press the Up button, scroll to "Airplane Mode," and confirm it is disabled.
- If results still aren't syncing after multiple readings in areas with good signal, contact our support team via the webform.
âšī¸ The iGlucose Plus uses 4G LTE cellular signal â the same network as a mobile phone. Signal strength varies by location. The meter does not require Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
