Your iGlucose blood glucose monitor comes pre-configured for your Lark account and uses cellular signal to sync automatically. No Bluetooth or app setup is required — simply use the device and your readings will be sent to Lark automatically.
How to take a reading
- Press the Home button to turn your monitor on.
- Set the test mode to "Before Meal" or "After Meal" using the Home button.
- Remove a test strip from the vial and immediately close the cap.
- Insert the strip into the test strip port until it clicks.
- Follow the prompts on screen to apply your blood sample and receive your result.
- Once your result is displayed, it will automatically sync to your Lark app.
⚠️ If your readings aren't appearing in Lark, your device may not yet be registered as delivered. Contact our support team via the webform and we'll update the status for you.
