Depending on your Lark program and health plan, you may be eligible to receive one or more connected devices at no cost. Here's what's available by program:
- Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) — Lark smart scale. Eligible members can also earn a Fitbit™ after 10 weeks of active engagement.
- Diabetes Management — iGlucose® blood glucose monitor
- Hypertension Care — iHealth® blood pressure monitor and Lark smart scale
- Wellness Program — Device eligibility varies by health plan. Your coach will let you know if you're eligible.
