If your program includes a device, your Lark coach will prompt you to place your order on your first day using the app. The order is placed directly through your Lark program — you don't need to visit a separate website.
What to expect
- Your coach presents the device ordering option during your first day in the program.
- You'll confirm your shipping address before the order is placed.
- Once submitted, allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.
What if I didn’t receive an ordering prompt?
If you completed your first day and didn't receive a device ordering prompt, your health plan may not include a device. Contact our support team via the webform to confirm your eligibility.
