Google is retiring Google Fit and replacing it with Health Connect. Health Connect is now the recommended way to sync your health data with Lark on Android.
Does my device have Health Connect?
- Newer Android devices — Health Connect is built into your phone settings. Go to Settings and search for "Health Connect."
- Older Android devices — Download Health Connect from the Google Play Store.
Connect a fitness app to Health Connect
Health Connect doesn't track data on its own — connect a fitness app like Google Health or Samsung Health. Each app has its own in-app instructions for connecting to Health Connect.
Connect Lark to Health Connect
- Open the Lark app — a prompt will appear asking you to connect Health Connect.
- Grant Lark permission to read from Health Connect.
- Lark will now receive data from Health Connect automatically.
Manual setup (if the prompt doesn't appear)
- Open Health Connect.
- Tap "App Permissions."
- Find Lark under "Not allowed access" and tap it.
- Select "Allow All."
- Go to Settings → Applications → Lark → Force Stop, then relaunch the app.
