After placing your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status in the Lark app:
- Tap the "My Lark" icon in the bottom left corner.
- Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Select "Orders" to see your device orders.
- Tap your order to see tracking details.
ℹ️ The blood pressure monitor does not have in-app order tracking — it ships separately from the scale and will arrive within 1 to 2 weeks. If it hasn't arrived after 2 weeks, contact our support team via the webform.
