Connecting Apple Health lets your Lark coach access your activity, sleep, and other health data for more personalized coaching.
How to connect
When you first open the Lark app, you'll be prompted to grant Apple Health access. Tap "Go to Settings" and then select "Turn on All" to enable all data types.
If you missed the prompt or declined
Uninstall and reinstall the Lark app. The prompt will appear again when you first open the app.
Or, grant access manually:
- Open your iPhone Settings app.
- Tap "Privacy & Security."
- Tap "Health."
- Tap "Lark."
- Tap "Turn on All" to enable all data types.
