No. If you received your iHealth blood pressure monitor through your Lark Hypertension Care Program, you do not need to download or use the iHealth MyVitals app.
How it works with Lark
Your iHealth monitor connects directly to the Lark app via Bluetooth. When you take a measurement, the reading is automatically sent to Lark — no separate app needed. You can view your readings in the Lark app under the Data tab.
Why your device packaging mentions iHealth MyVitals
The iHealth blood pressure monitor is sold to multiple health programs and directly to consumers. The user manual and packaging reference the iHealth MyVitals app because that is how the device works outside of Lark. When used with Lark, the iHealth MyVitals app is not required and you do not need to create an iHealth account.
⚠️ Do not install the iHealth MyVitals app if you are using this monitor with Lark. Having both apps installed can interfere with the Bluetooth connection between your monitor and the Lark app, which may prevent readings from syncing correctly.
If your readings aren't appearing in Lark
If you've taken a measurement but don't see it in your Lark app, see "How do I connect my blood pressure monitor to Lark?" for troubleshooting steps.
