The date and time on your iHealth blood pressure monitor sync automatically when it connects to the Lark app. You cannot set them manually — the fix is to ensure your monitor is properly pairing.
- Make sure the Lark app is updated to the latest version. See "How do I update Lark on iPhone?" or "How do I update Lark on Android?" for instructions.
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
- Uninstall the iHealth app if it's installed — it blocks Lark from communicating with your monitor.
- Open the Lark app and take a blood pressure measurement by tapping + → "Measure blood pressure."
- After the measurement, the monitor should display the correct date and time.
⚠️ If the iHealth app is installed on your phone, it will block the connection between Lark and your blood pressure monitor. Uninstall it completely before trying again.
