Resetting the scale can resolve many common issues including connection problems, error codes, and inaccurate readings.
- Remove all four batteries from the back of the scale.
- Press the unit change button (on the underside of the scale) a few times to discharge any remaining power.
- Wait 60 seconds, then reinsert four fresh AA batteries.
- The scale will restart. Wait for "0.0" to appear, then weigh yourself to test.
