Troubleshooting depends on which type of scale you have.
Lark Scale (1st gen black or 2nd gen white)
First check whether an error code is displayed on your scale. If so, see "Lark Scale Error Codes" for that generation.
If there's no error code but readings aren't reaching Lark:
- Reset the scale by removing the batteries, pressing the unit change button a few times, waiting 60 seconds, and reinserting fresh batteries.
- After the reset, step on the scale and wait for the reading to sync.
- If readings still aren't appearing, contact our support team via the webform.
Bodytrace Scale
Your Bodytrace scale uses cellular signal to connect with Lark. If readings aren't syncing, move the scale closer to a window and weigh yourself 3 to 4 times in a row to push the reading through. If this doesn't work, contact our support team via the webform.
