Here are the error codes you may see on your 2nd generation (white) Lark scale and how to resolve each one.
Lo — Low battery
The scale battery is too low to function. Replace all four AA batteries with fresh ones.
Dashes (- - - -) — Maximum Capacity Exceeded
This indicates that the maximum capacity of the scale has been exceeded. Please contact Lark's Customer Support Team for further assistance.
E1 — Unable to pair (weak cellular signal)
Move the scale closer to a window and take a reading. When successfully synced, the display shows "OK." If E1 continues, contact our support team via the webform.
E3 — Cellular signal error
Move the scale closer to a window and retry. If E3 continues, contact our support team via the webform. Include the IMEI and SN numbers from the bottom of the scale.
E4 — Timeout / cellular or device issue
If E4 continues, contact our support team via the webform.
E5 — Timeout / cellular or device issue
If E5 continues, contact our support team via the webform. Include the IMEI and SN numbers from the bottom of the scale.
E8 — Cellular signal error
Move the scale closer to a window and retry. If E8 continues, contact our support team via the webform. Include the IMEI and SN numbers from the bottom of the scale.
EErr — Device error
This error requires support team assistance. Contact our team via the webform immediately. Include the IMEI and SN numbers from the bottom of the scale.
