What Lark Support cannot do:
Overrides: Lark cannot override a medication denial or remove a hold at the pharmacy.
Status Updates: Lark does not have insight into the specific clinical requirements your pharmacy benefits manager uses for your prior authorization.
Verification: Lark cannot manually verify your participation to your pharmacy benefits manager for the purpose of a PA review.
How the process works: Your participation data is automatically shared from Lark to your pharmacy benefits manager. Once you reach the required level of participation, you will become eligible for their medication approval review. Please note that meeting Lark participation goals does not guarantee that your medication will be approved, as your pharmacy benefits manager will perform its own clinical review.
