You can log all of your food and drinks through the Coach screen.
How to log a meal
- Open the Lark app.
- Tap the + icon in the bottom right corner of the Coach screen.
- Select "Add data."
- Select "Meal."
- Type in the items you ate. Tap the green Save button next to each item.
- Tap "Done" when you're finished.
How to log a snack or drink
- Follow the same steps above, but after selecting "Meal," select "Snack."
- Enter your snack or drink details and tap "Done."
⚠️ If you forget to tap the green Save button next to an item before tapping Done, that item will not be recorded in your log.
