You can specify dietary preferences so your Lark coach can tailor nutrition coaching and recommendations to your needs.
- Open the Lark app.
- Tap the "My Lark" icon in the bottom left corner.
- Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Select "Coaching Preferences."
- Under "Diet Preferences," tap the checkboxes that apply to you. Available options include: vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free.
You can update your preferences at any time during your program.
ℹ️ Your coach will not recommend foods excluded by your preferences. For example, if you're vegetarian and need more protein, your coach won't suggest chicken or meat.
