To get the most out of Lark's meal logging, log all of your meals, snacks, and drinks each day — and be as descriptive as possible. The more detail you provide, the more accurate and helpful your coach's feedback will be.
For example, instead of logging "Sandwich," try "Turkey and spinach sandwich on whole grain bread." You can use descriptors like:
- Grilled, baked, roasted, steamed, fried, broiled, boiled, sautéed, smoked
- Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, low-fat, low-carb, whole grain
- Sugar-free, fat-free, reduced calorie, low sodium, unsalted, decaf
- Skinless, lean, meatless, uncured
