Lark’s programs are offered at no cost through participating health insurance plans and employers. If you don’t have health insurance coverage or your employer doesn’t offer Lark as a benefit, you are not currently eligible to participate.
If you were interested in a Diabetes Prevention Program, the CDC website lists other certified programs that may be available to you.
