Lark is not currently available as an out-of-pocket or self-pay service. At this time, Lark is only offered at no cost to members through participating health insurance plans and employers.
If you’re not covered through your insurer and would like to see Lark added as a benefit, contact your insurance company’s member support team (via the number on your insurance card) and share your interest.
If you were interested in a Diabetes Prevention Program specifically, the CDC website lists other certified programs that may be available to you.
