The Lark app has minimum operating system requirements. If your phone doesn't meet these, you may not be able to install or run the app.
iPhone (iOS)
Lark requires iOS 11.0 or later. To check your iOS version, go to iPhone Settings → General → About → iOS Version.
- If your iPhone supports iOS 11 or later but hasn't been updated, go to Settings → General → Software Update.
- If your iPhone is too old to support iOS 11, it is not compatible with the Lark app.
Android
Lark requires Android 8.0 or later. To check your Android version, go to phone Settings → About Phone → Android Version.
- If your Android device supports version 8.0 or later but hasn't been updated, check your phone's settings for a software update.
- If your device is too old to support Android 8.0, it is not compatible with the Lark app.
💡 Not sure if your phone is compatible? Search online for your phone model and "maximum iOS/Android version" to find out the highest OS version your phone supports.
