You can report a problem or share feedback directly from within the Lark app.
How to report a bug or problem
- Open the Lark app.
- Tap the "My Lark" icon in the bottom left corner.
- Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Tap "Report a Problem."
- Your phone's email app will open with a pre-addressed message to Lark Support. Describe the issue and tap Send.
💡 Include your phone model, operating system version, what you were doing when the issue occurred, and any error messages you saw. The more detail you provide, the faster we can help.
