In-app push notifications
- Open the Lark app.
- Tap the "My Lark" icon in the bottom left corner.
- Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Scroll to "Notifications" and use the slider to enable or disable. The slider is green when enabled and gray when disabled.
Email notifications
To unsubscribe from Lark's email communications, click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email you've received from Lark.
Text messages
To stop receiving text messages from Lark, reply "STOP" to any text from Lark.
Direct mail
To unsubscribe from physical mailers, contact our support team via the webform.
ℹ️ Unsubscribing from one type of communication does not automatically unsubscribe you from others. To be removed from all Lark communications, contact our support team via the webform.
