If you've forgotten your Lark password, you can reset it from the sign-in screen. If you created your account using a single sign-on (SSO) option — Google, Apple, or Sydney — your account doesn't have a separate Lark password. Use the same SSO option you used when you enrolled.
How to reset your password
- Open the Lark app and tap "Sign In."
- Tap "Forgot password."
- Enter the email address associated with your Lark account and tap Submit.
- Check your email for a verification code from Lark.
- Enter the code in the app and follow the prompts to create a new password.
Didn't receive the verification code?
If no code arrived, work through the following:
- Check your spam and junk folders -- verification emails occasionally get filtered.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address for your Lark account.
- Wait a few minutes and try again -- there may be a brief delivery delay.
- Your email address may not be verified in Lark's system yet. If your address is unverified, Lark cannot send a reset code. Contact our support team via the webform at support.lark.com/hc/en-us/requests/new with your name, date of birth, and phone number, and request that your verification email be resent. Once you have verified your address, you can complete the password reset.
⚠️ Verification emails expire after 24 hours. If yours expires before you click the link, contact Support to have it resent.
What if I used Google, Apple, or Sydney to sign up?
There is no separate Lark password to reset, and you should sign in using the option you used to sign up. If you've been locked out of the corresponding platform, you can reset your password through the platform you used (Google, Apple, or Sydney), then return to Lark and use the matching "Sign in with..." option.
