How do I cancel or delete my Lark account?

Cancelling your Lark program and deleting your account are the same action — both are done through the Settings menu.

1. Open the Lark app.
2. Tap the "My Lark" icon in the bottom left corner.
3. Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
4. Select "Account."
5. Select "Delete Account" and confirm.

This will cancel your program, erase your account, and remove all activity data.

⚠️ If you cancelled by accident, contact our support team via the webform as soon as possible. We can restore accounts within 40 days of deletion. Include the email address used to create your account.

ℹ️ If you received a device through your Lark program, you are not required to return it after cancelling.
