You can complete your daily check-in through the Coach screen or via the My Lark Dashboard.
Option 1: Through the Coach screen
Open the Lark app and begin chatting with your coach on the Coach screen. After your coach reviews your daily updates, they will ask if you'd like to complete the daily check-in for your current mission. Tap the affirmative response to begin.
Option 2: Through the My Lark Dashboard
Tap the "My Lark" icon in the bottom left corner of the Coach screen. From the My Lark Dashboard, tap the check-in button to start your daily check-in directly.
