Lark is a digital health coaching service, and our support team is set up to handle questions through written channels β which allows us to respond thoroughly and keep a clear record of your case.
How to reach us
- Live chat β Visit support.lark.com and look for the chat icon. This is your best option for real-time help without a phone call.
- Webform β Submit a ticket at support.lark.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Best for complex issues or when you need to attach screenshots.
- In-app β Go to Settings (My Lark icon β gear icon) β "Report a Problem" to email our team directly.
Our standard support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time.
Phone appointments
If you are a current Lark member and prefer to speak with someone by phone, you can request a phone appointment through our webform. Our team will do our best to accommodate your request.
