Self-service options
- Help Center â Visit support.lark.com to search for answers without waiting for a response.
- In-app reporting â Go to Settings (My Lark icon â gear icon) â "Report a Problem." This opens your email app with a pre-addressed message to our team.
Contact our support team
- Webform â Submit a ticket at support.lark.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Best for complex issues or when you need to attach screenshots.
- Live chat â Visit support.lark.com and look for the chat icon to get real-time help from our team.
- In-app â Settings â "Report a Problem" to email our team directly from within Lark.
What to include in your message
- Your full name
- The email address on your Lark account
- Your date of birth
- Your phone number
- A clear description of the issue, including any error messages
