Weight units can be changed in two places: in the Lark app and on the scale itself. Both should be set to the same unit for consistent results.
Changing units in the Lark app
- Open the Lark app.
- Tap the "My Lark" icon in the bottom left corner.
- Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Select "Coaching Preferences."
- Tap the toggle to switch between pounds (imperial, gray) and kilograms (metric, green).
Changing units on your Lark scale
- Locate the unit button on the floor-facing (underside) of your scale, above the battery compartment.
- Press the unit button to cycle through Metric (KG), Imperial (LBS), and Stones (1 stone = 6.35 kg). The selected unit will appear on the scale's display.
⚠️ The unit setting on your scale and in the Lark app are not linked. Make sure both are set to the same unit. If they differ, Lark will automatically convert the measurement, but keeping them matched avoids any potential confusion.
