If you completed an activity that Lark doesn't automatically recognize — such as swimming, yoga, or pilates — use the "Workout" category to log it. This ensures your effort is captured and recognized by your coach.
How to add a workout
- Open the Lark app.
- Tap the + icon in the bottom right corner of the Coach screen.
- Select "Add data."
- Select "Workout."
