If you are recovering from surgery or illness, you can engage with your Lark program based on your personal needs and circumstances. Unfortunately, there is currently no way to pause your program or notify your Lark coach that you are recovering.
As you recover from your medical procedure or illness, we encourage you to continue engaging with your Lark program in any way that feels right for you. If you are not logging physical activity due to your current circumstances, you can consider engaging with Lark in other ways such as meal logging, activity tracking, and completing your missions and daily check-ins.
