However, you can reach Lark's Customer Support team a few different ways!

- If you are a registered Lark member, you can submit a bug report or feedback via your Lark app ("Settings" > "Report a Problem")
Lark's Customer Support team does not currently offer immediate phone support for users.
When you contact our team, we request that you give us as much information up front so that we can help you quickly and get you on your way. The information below helps us help you!
If you have already created your Lark account:
- The email address connected to your Lark account
- Your full name and date of birth
- One (or more!) screenshots of the issue you are experiencing (if applicable)
If you are trying to enroll and create a new Lark account:
- Your full name (as listed on your member ID), date of birth, and member card ID
- Your insurance provider
- The program are you trying to register for
- The link (URL) you are using to enroll
