If you received an invitation via email or physical mailer from your health insurance provider to join Lark, then your insurance provider is a participating provider for Lark! If you received an email, it should contain a link that will direct you to the appropriate enrollment page for your program. If you received a physical mailer, please scan the QR code with your mobile device to reach the appropriate enrollment page. The enrollment web page includes directions to check if you meet the CDC criteria for program participation (if applicable), as well as directions to create your account, download your Lark application, and begin your program.
If you've lost your invite, please reach out to our support team for assistance using our webform. Our support team will be able to get you the appropriate enrollment link for your program. Please do not try to enroll through the Lark website. You may be told that you are inadvertently ineligible if you don't enroll through your program specific link.
