If you're having trouble with getting your weights to register in Lark, troubleshooting differs depending on whether you have an iHealth scale, Bodytrace scale, or Lark scale.

Your Bodytrace scale uses cellular signals to connect with your Lark application. If your weights aren't being sent to the Lark application, please try moving your scale closer to a window. Then, try weighing yourself 3-4 times consecutively to send the reading through.
