If you're having trouble with getting your weights to register in Lark, troubleshooting differs depending on whether you have an iHealth scale, Bodytrace scale, or Lark scale.
Lark Scale
If you are receiving any error messages on your scale, please check out our Lark Scale Troubleshooting Guide for troubleshooting steps for each error. If the guide does not resolve your issue, please reach out to our support team using our webform for additional support.
If you are not seeing any error messages, but weights are not reaching your Lark account, please try resetting your scale. You can find instructions on how to reset the scale here: How to reset the Lark Scale. If weights still aren't reaching your Lark account after the reset, please reach out to our support team using our webform for further assistance.
Bodytrace Scale
Your Bodytrace scale uses cellular signals to connect with your Lark application. If your weights aren't being sent to the Lark application, please try moving your scale closer to a window. Then, try weighing yourself 3-4 times consecutively to send the reading through.

iHealth Scale
If you have just received your iHealth scale and are unable to pair it with Lark, it may not yet have registered as delivered. Please reach out to our support team using our webform and we will be happy to update the status for you.
