You are eligible to order specific devices at no cost to you based on your Lark program and health plan. If you are enrolled in a program that includes a device, you will order your device directly through the Lark application. Your Lark coach will give you a unique link to place your device order on the first day using your Lark program! After tapping on this unique link, you will fill out your shipping information and place your order through your Lark app.
Fitbit® orders do not follow this procedure. If you are enrolled in Lark's Diabetes Prevention Program through a participating health plan, you are only eligible to order your Fitbit after actively engaging in the first ten weeks of your program.
