Please note that if you used a Single Sign-On option (such as signing in with Google, Facebook, Apple, or Sydney) for your Lark account, your account does not have a password and is instead accessed through the security credentials of the platform used to create your account. If you have forgotten or want to reset the password of your Single Sign-On option, you will need to follow the steps provided by the specific platform you used to create your Lark account.
Resetting Your Password
1. Open your Lark application.
2. Select "Sign In."
3. Enter the email you used to set up your account and select "Continue."
3. Select "Forgot password?"
4. A verification code will be sent to the email connected to your Lark account. Once you enter the verification code in your Lark application, you will be able to create a new password for your account.
