Lark's programs are offered at no cost to members with participating insurance coverage. Lark's Diabetes Prevention Program is considered a preventative care service that participating providers cover in full, and our condition management programs, such as Diabetes and Hypertension Management, are also offered at no charge to members whose providers support them. As these programs are covered through participating insurance providers, when enrolling, we need to verify whether your provider is one that will cover Lark.
