If your program includes a device provided by Lark, you can track its progress through your Lark application once you've placed your order! Once you have placed your device order, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
Please note that the blood pressure monitor included in Lark's Hypertension Program is not compatible with our in-app tracking. The blood pressure monitor is ordered at the same time as the scale, and will arrive within 1-2 weeks after your order is placed. If you don't receive your blood pressure monitor after 2 weeks, please contact our support team using our webform.
Tracking Your Device Order in Lark
1. Open your Lark application.
2. Select the settings icon in the bottom right corner of the main chat screen.
3. Select "Orders" to see a list of your device orders.
4. Select the order you would like to track. You'll be brought to the courier tracking page to see the status of your order.
⚠️ Please allow 1-2 weeks after placing your order for your device to be delivered. If it has been more than two weeks since you placed your order and you still haven't received your device, please reach out to our support team using our webform for further assistance.
