If you're having trouble accessing your Lark account, please make sure you are using the access method that you originally used to create your account. This could be one of the following:
- Your Email Address and Unique Lark Password
- The "Sign in with Google" Option
- The "Sign in with Facebook" Option
- The "Sign in with Apple" Option
- The "Sign in with Sydney" Option
Once you have created your account using one of these methods, you will need to use the same method going forward, as it will control the security settings needed to access your account.
If you're using the same access method you used to create your account and are still having trouble, please reach out to support@lark.com so that we can assist you further. Please include:
- Your first and last name
- Any email addresses that might be connected to your account
- Phone number connected to your account
