You are eligible to order specific devices based on your Lark program and health plan. Not all Lark programs include a device. If you are enrolled in a program that includes a device provided at no cost to you, you will be able to place an order for your scale, blood glucose monitor, or blood pressure monitor on the first day using your Lark program!
Fitbit® orders do not follow this procedure. If you are enrolled in Lark's Diabetes Prevention Program through a participating health plan, you are only eligible to order your Fitbit after actively engaging in the first ten weeks of your program.
