When do I get a device?
After successfully enrolling in a plan that includes a free device, you'll be able to order your scale, blood glucose meter, or blood pressure cuff on your first day.
If you're in Lark's Diabetes Prevention Program and meet the eligibility criteria for a Fitbit®, you'll be able to order it after engaging with the program for a period of time.
How do I order my device?
Your Lark coach will give you a link to order your device the second time you chat with the app. Lark will provide you with a unique link that you'll tap on, fill out any missing shipping details, and then place your order.

- Your first and last name
- The email address connected to your account
- A brief description of the problem and where you're getting stuck, including screenshots if possible.
