Nutrient badges are used to encourage you to make healthier food choices and appear on the "Meal Logging" tab of your Lark application. Each day that you log your meals in your Lark application, a green, yellow, or red badge icon will appear on the "Meal Logging" tab of your app. The badge system is a quick way to see how your meals compared to your nutrition goals. In general, more green badges indicates a more nutritious diet.
What do the badge colors mean?
Lark uses a green, yellow, and red badge system that is a lot like a stoplight:
- If you see a green badge, good job! This means that you are meeting the majority of your nutrient goals. Keep up your healthy nutrition patterns!
- If you see a yellow badge, get motivated! Check out your "Day Report" to learn about which nutrient goals can be adjusted to get you to a green badge!
- If you see a red badge, it’s good to know! Check out your "Day Report" to learn about red nutrition areas that can be improved for your health.
You can tap on the your nutrient badge to view your "Day Report" with insights and recommendations into your eating patterns.
