Lark programs are offered at no cost to members with participating insurance coverage. Our programs are considered preventative services by participating insurance providers, so you can participate at no cost to you.
Over the course of your Lark program, you may be sent an "EOB" (Explanation of Benefits) from your insurance provider. Your "EOB" may include enrollment costs or costs of devices. Please note that this statement from your insurance provider is not a bill, but a document indicating the amount billed to your insurance provider. In the rare event that your insurance provider denies a claim for coverage, this document may indicate that you are responsible for the expenses of your Lark program if your health plan denied a claim for coverage. However, Lark will not bill you and you will not be responsible for any payments. You will not be accountable for any costs of your Lark program while you maintain participating insurance coverage.
