To delete your account, first go to the Settings menu, accessed by tapping the gear icon in the top right corner of any screen. Under the General section select the Account option. From the Account settings page you should be able to view your email as well as the Sign out and Delete Account options. Select Delete Account and confirm in the dialog by selecting Delete. This will erase your login and all activity data. If you choose to use Lark again after deleting your account you will have to start fresh.
If you would like help to have your account deleted, please contact us at support@lark.com or submit a support ticket. Make sure you provide the email associated with your account to confirm that we are deleting the correct one.
If you have deleted your account by mistake, please contact us at support@lark.com as quickly as possible. We have recently implemented a feature allowing us to recover accounts that are deleted up to 40 days after the initial deletion date, allowing us to restore accounts that have been deleted by accident.
